Welcome to the AO's Web-based Training (WBT) Center

A few things before you begin your course:

1. Your log-in name is your employee ID number (six-digit number located on the pay stub) and your initial password is set to a default sent out in the course announcement. You have the option to personalize your password.

2. Please pay particular attention to the navigation instructions that are presented at the beginning of each course. AO's WBT courses have been designed for easy navigation and use. The HELP feature is always available and will provide you with a link back to the navigation instructions should you need assistance.

3. Navigation between modules can be achieved either through the office environment display (links or hotspots) accessed through initial login or via the MENU button, or in linear manner through the NEXT button. To advance using the NEXT button you must satisfactorily complete the knowledge check questions with a score of 80% or higher. To complete the course, all end of module assessments must be complete with an 80% score or higher. Each question is equally scored.

4. Upon opening a module, to navigate module screens, choose the appropriate section from the section menu on the upper right. We recommend that you begin with the Overview and Objectives section.



5. Troubleshooting hints: Username and passwords are case sensitive. Please make sure your upper case letters are typed in as upper case. Some courses require Macromedia Flash. Make sure all Popup Blockers are turned off (including Google bars, etc.)
