A few things before you begin your course:

1. Please pay particular attention to the navigation instructions that are presented at the beginning of each course. The courses have been designed for easy navigation and use. The HELP feature is always available and will provide you with a link back to the navigation instructions should you need assistance.
2. Navigation between modules can be achieved either through the office environment display (links or hotspots) accessed through initial login or via the MENU button, or in a linear manner through the NEXT button. To complete the course, each screen must be reviewed including knowledge checks and scenarios. In addition, a score of 85% or higher must be achieved on the Post Test. Each question is equally scored.
3. To navigate Lesson screens, choose the appropriate lesson from the menu on the left side of the screen. We recommend that you begin with the Overview and Lesson 1. Bookmarking has been implemented on the page level, allowing you to resume the course at the page where you last exited.
4. Troubleshooting hints: Login information (email and password) are case sensitive. Some courses require Macromedia Flash. Make sure all Popup Blockers are turned off (including Google bars, etc.).
